It’s really simple! Choose which of the bundles you’d like enjoy and add it to your cart.

Absolutely! If you are looking to gift a bundle to someone then find the bundle you know they’ll love, select ‘this bundle is a gift’ on the bundle page, enter the recipients contact details with a personalised message and we will send an email voucher to your lucky recipient on a date of your choice.

When you purchase (or gift) a bundle, you (or the recipient of the bundle) will receive an email confirming next steps. Your account will be credited with the bundle value allowing you to order you boxes as and when you want. You could order all your boxes to come at once or spread them one. You can also just redeem one and keep the rest of the credit in your account for when you are ready for your remaining boxes.

We will carefully select the best wine paring for your menu choice with your first box order. The chocolates will be a 35g box of Willie’s Cacao milk chocolate praline truffles.

In your confirmation email you will have been provided a link to either log in to your account or create one if you at new to The Cookaway. Once logged in, go to Your Dashboard, click on Wallet and follow the instructions to add your unique gift voucher code. The voucher will appear as a credit on your account, and we’ll prompt you to use it next time you order.

No, we want to offer true flexibility so you can use your bundle credit for anything on our website. This includes any menus and sides including our desserts.

When you order your first box, the remaining voucher balance will remain in your Wallet. You can view your Wallet on your account dashboard and we’ll prompt you to use the balance when you order your second box. If your order value is more the value of the bundle credit remaining, you can make up the difference using another payment method at checkout.
